Claymore. A sword almost a metre and a half long, with a handle covered in leather and wrapped decoratively with cord in a series of X shapes, a large round pommel and a simple cross guard with loops extending perpendicular to the handle.

Whistle. A small silver cylindrical whistle with a chain and clip. The whistle is inscribed METROPOLITAN PATENT, ABERDEENSHIRE CONSTABULARY, HUDSON & CO, 13 BARR ST, BIRMINGHAM.
Whistle and chain, used by Aberdeen Constabulary 1906. Type: metropolitan patent.
Coffin mount. A small, damaged sheet of dark grey rusty metal. The figure of a robed child holding a rod of some kind can be made out. The mount is on a piece of card labelled in handwriting Screw and part of the Mounting of a coffin found on the foundations of the Old Carmelite Monastery, Carmelite Street 1869.

Pipe. Small clay tobacco pipe, stained yellow and brown.

Kist. A large flat topped rectangular wooden chest about two feet wide, with iron handles.
Wooden kist, painted brown. Information from the donor: this kist was used by Mr Alexander Stewart to hold his trousseau (given to the donor by Mrs M A Stewart).
Replica seal matrix. Two bronze moulds, one with a coat of arms with a tower on it and a lion on either side, the other with a bishop standing in a tower.
