Originally the property of Paul Menzies of Kinmundy. The glass is possibly Venetian in origin. Decoration: extruded forms (applied) & coat of arms & linear & scroll designs. Cylindrical body, squat, with stem.

Type: sunflower. Found in hoard with 2 socketed axes and neck-ring. Part of William Joyner's collection, donated by his great-granddaughter, comprising the Dingwall hoard and two other bronzes, probably of African origin.
Bronze halberd, with tapering midrib and three rivet holes. Part of a hoard of three halberds (see ABDUA 19678 and 19679) found in 1908 while making a bridge over a ditch on a farm. Found on subsoil under approximately 10ft of 'moss' (Reid 1912).
