Adjustable horseshoe. An iron horseshoe with a hinge in the middle.
An adjustable horseshoe, used by the farrier to spread a contracted hoof. The horse-shoe is hinged at the toe so that when fitted it allows the foot to spread out, encouraging it to become broader as the horse walks on it over a period.

Pin cushion. Small white rectangular cushion with blue tassels at each corner. Printed in blue ink and arranged in concentric circles are a large number of names. In the centre is a rose with the inscription MART : FOR : KING : & : COU : 1746 around it.
