Man trap. An iron trap with sharp teeth on hinged brackets which are snapped shut by a leaf spring. The leaf spring has part of a chain at one end.

Pike head. A large flat iron point with two curved points projecting from the bottom, on a wide iron socket.

Naphtha lamp. A small metal lamp with a conical base. The body of the lamp is cylindrical and has a handle made of plate with a hole punched in it, a lid with a handle, a spout pointing diagonally upwards and a tray underneath the spout.

Heckle, for dressing flax, with a wooden handle, heart-shaped iron tang and long, slightly curved iron teeth, set at a right angle to the handle (one tooth missing).
Axe head. A heavy, black iron axe head with a square loop at the back to insert a handle.

Ox shoes. Two flat oblong pieces of iron with wings at the front to fit an ox hoof. One shoe has a hoof placed inside it.

Coggie. A tub shaped wooden bowl made of interlocking staves of alternating dark and light wood bound with canes. The handle is formed from a longer stave and has the upper half of a heart shape carved at the top.
