Sword stick. A hollow knobbly wooden stick almost a metre long, next to a steel sword blade with a similar wooden handle.
An Exciseman's sword stick, in holly wood. Blade: fluted & single edged.
Sword. Almost a metre long steel sword, the blade has two grooves along its length, the handle is surrounded by a basket of steel loops with decorative punched hearts, and red cushioning inside.

Symbol stone. A roughly rectangular slab of beige sandstone about two feet high and almost one and a half feet wide, broken at the top and bottom. Carved on the stone in simple outlines is a dog like beast with a long, curved muzzle, a mirror with a handle, a comb, and a rectangular area divided into three columns the outer two of which have a pattern of zig zagging ovals.

Targe. A circular shield, about a foot and a half wide, covered with leather and studded with brass rivets arranged in four concentric circles. Four brass bosses incised with spiralling lines are equidistant from each other near the edge, and in the centre is a large boss with a pointed blade about a foot long projecting from it.

Terret. A bronze ring covered in a dark, smooth green patina. It has a small ring on one side. At the bottom of the main ring wide arms project from the sides and meet in the middle, curving up to a peg like projection.
