One of eight 'luckenbooth' brooches listed together (Reid 1912), given by Dr McAldowie of Cheltenham in 1894. Heart-shaped, set with clear paste stones and garnets.
Brooch Luckenbooth
One of eight 'luckenbooth' brooches listed together (Reid 1912), given by Dr McAldowie of Cheltenham in 1894. Heart-shaped, with a large paste 'stone'.
Brooch. A flat silver ring, about three inches wide, with a pin hinged onto it. The ring is decorated with incised foliage and chequered circles. The edges of the ring and circles and anchor like shapes are marked with thick blackened lines.
Annular brooch. Decoration (infilled with niello): three circles, an oval and four repeating patterns.
Brooch. A flat tarnished silver ring almost four inches wide with the word LONACH and a thistle incised on the front. On the back is a pin and the inscription Stewart Forbes 1853.

Brose Cap Bassie Bowl
Wooden bowl, turned out of a single piece of wood, repaired with iron clamps and hoop. Used for making brose (boiling water, milk or a mixture of both poured over oatmeal and stirred).
Bull harness. A large iron collar with chains.

Bullet mould. A tongs like device with half a spherical mould on the end of each arm, with a spherical lead bullet.
Bullet mould for making spherical bullets. Initials 'WD' on the handle. Old label: '465 1'.
