Horn spoon, handle shape: tapered & fluted.

Spoon mould. Two pieces of wood hinged together. On one piece is an oval depression, on the other a raised area the same shape.
Wooden mould for making a horn spoon, hinged at the bowl end with a leather thong. There are two spoon moulds in the collection - this one is noted and illustrated in Reid's 1912 catalogue.

Spurs. A pair of U shaped steel rods with a leather belt between the ends and a prong with a spiked wheel protruding from the middle.
Pair of spurs, made from steel, 'best hard' inscribed inside the heel, with leather straps. Donor unknown, but old label states: WILSON COLLECTION.

The Marischal Staff of Scotland in gilded brass with ends in steel. One end has royal arms in relief, the other the arms of the Earls Marischal in relief.
