Silver coin, groat - 1st issue. Obv: Bust of king (James IV), within a dotted circle, three-quarters to l., draped and wearing arched crown. Rev: Long cross pattee with crown and three pellets enclosing an annulet, in alternate angles. Cross on reverse outer is fleury. Previously listed as James III - which display still reads as.
