Carved stone ball. Roughly the size of a tennis ball. Brown, coarse stone ball with six small squarish flat knobs arranged equidistant to each other.

A large carved stone ball, type: 11, probably made of granite. Found at Skelmuir, Old Deer, Aberdeenshire at the end of the 19th century. The ball has six large knobs but the space between them is much larger than in other balls with six knobs, which gives it an unusual profile.
