Dirk with broad-backed steel blade, wooden grip decorated with 2 bands of interlace patterns. Top knob in brass is attached to a round brass plate. Sheath, incomplete, 17th century type in tooled leather, decorated with an interlace panel. Pocket for small knife (which is missing) is decorated (tooled) with a grotesque face with long, pointed beard.
