Wilson' on the lock plate. Finely engraved with figures of 'pheasants' on the lock plates, decorative engravings in the customary places, fine and beautiful work either for general craftsmanship or details. Fine wood stock with chequered grip and 'gold' escutchion. Original brass-mounted ram rod in wood. Overall length: 3' 11' Locks in good working order. (Even so damaged, this sporting gun is with interest concerning the history of the local production of sporting guns in Aberdeen).
