Equiangular triangular prism, 13 mm side x 43 mm long (incl. brass ends) setting vertically on base made to oscillate 6 times for every rotation of an ivory handle. Could be the device mentioned in Copland's inventory. The design is very similar to the illustrations of C.R. Alder Wright
