    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Shape: square. With brass chain, inscribed on one side with &#039;Bad Character Old Mill&#039; and on other side &#039;Deserter Old Mill&#039;. Was used in the old Workhouse of Old Mill, Aberdeen as punishment.<br />

    <dcterms:title><![CDATA[Goblet. Narrow, fluted glass goblet with a thick stem, engraved with an inscription and a man riding a horse.]]></dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Glass goblet. The sides of the wine glass are etched with the words &#039;The Glorious Memory of King William&#039;, a figure on horseback, and &#039;Boyne 1st July 1690&#039;. It was made in two parts, with a domed, inverted base and a folded foot and the pontil mark is broken rather than buffed. It was probably made in Ireland. A similar glass is in the Fitzwilliam, Cambridge No C519 (257).<br />

    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Iron sway (on display with links, two cruiks and brander), nineteenth century, from a hearth at Darnabo, Fyvie, Aberdeenshire.  The sway is a long iron bracket which holds the hook, or cruik, from which the pot, or meat to be smoked, can be suspended.   The links hold the brander, or barred girdle, nearer to the fire and its height can be adjusted.]]></dcterms:description>

Lady&#039;s marriage chair, the seat is wider at the front and has a tall, narrow, carved back with interlace lozenge, leaves and roses surrounded by oak leaves, and open, curved arms. The initials E S 1630 are carved on the back. MS notes &#039; A lady&#039;s chair by the lozenge in the back ornament ES 1630. From Stirling. Dark oak with flashes of brown. Traces of renaissance ornament on the top.&#039;<br />
