Decorated headpiece from a bridle of a working horse at Whitebogs, New Deer, Aberdeenshire. Two loops on the back to fit on a bridle. Black leather has been used and the decorations are: central panel - a silver sun motif with hearts, side panels - horseshoes of silver and red enamel.
