Commemorative Medal. Silver, round. Obverse: GULIELMUS. GEOR. II R. FIL. DUX.CUMBRIAE Bust of Cumberland, cuirassed, draped with lion skin right. On shoulder: R. YEO.F. Reverse: Herakles, naked save for skin of Newmean lion standing left, raising std. Britannia, draped, shield by left side and spear resting on l. shoulder. With a foot Herakles subdues Gorgon, naked save for draped loins, recling right and raising right hand in which clutched three snakes. In exergue: (p) ERDVELIB.EX.ANG.FVGAT/AD.CULLOD. DEBELLAT.l6.APR.1746. in three lines.
